Dental Implants Patients: Panoramic X-ray or CT Scan
Full Mouth Rehabilitation Patients: Periapical X-rays Full Set or Panoramic X-ray. These are regular X-rays you can acquire at most dental offices and can be sent digitally.
Cosmetic Dentistry Patients: Digital Photographs
We require photos from five different views or angles: full face smile, full smile left and right side with teeth together biting normally, upper arch and lower arch. You can take these with your cell phone.
