These are patients we treated. Each case started with a clinical exam and, when the bone or the bite was in doubt, a CBCT. We planned the implants, the inlays or crowns, and the final occlusion together so the new height had something to stand on.
An oral rehabilitation is not a veneer appointment and it is not only an implant case. The first problem is usually worn teeth, missing support, or both. We show the starting mouth, the finished bite, and enough of the plan that you can see what changed.

Milagros — Oral rehabilitation with inlays and implants
Milagros came to Smiles Peru with a worn, collapsed bite and missing teeth. The remaining teeth had lost height, so the smile looked short and the back of the mouth could not carry a normal chewing load.
We rebuilt the case in two parts. Porcelain inlays restored the worn teeth and lifted the bite back to a working height. Implants replaced the missing teeth so the new height had something to stand on. The inlays and the implant restorations were planned together so the bite closed in one plane, not as two separate jobs.
This is an oral rehabilitation, not a veneer makeover. The first problem was vertical dimension and missing support. The smile changed because the bite was rebuilt.
Randel — Oral rehabilitation with inlays, onlays, veneers, and implants
Randel presented with a combination of worn teeth, missing teeth, and an uneven smile line. Some teeth could be restored. Others needed to be replaced. The front of the mouth and the supporting teeth behind it had to be planned as one case.
We used porcelain inlays and onlays to rebuild the worn posterior teeth and restore a stable biting surface. Dental implants replaced the missing teeth. Porcelain veneers were placed on the anterior teeth to even length, shape, and color with the new restorations. All of this was sequenced from a smile design so the implant crowns, the onlays, and the veneers met in the same occlusion.
This is an oral rehabilitation. The veneers address the smile. The inlays, onlays, and implants restore the support the veneers need.
Oral rehabilitation with porcelain crowns and implants
The patient presented with irregular tooth shape, an uneven gumline on both arches, a misaligned occlusion, and missing teeth. The remaining teeth could not support a stable bite on their own, and the gingival contour was not even enough for a predictable restoration.
Treatment was planned from a digital smile design so the new tooth lengths and the new gum frame could be established first. Upper and lower gum contouring was completed next. Porcelain crowns were then placed on the remaining teeth in both arches to restore form and occlusion. Missing teeth were replaced with implants and implant crowns, coordinated with the crowns on the natural teeth so the bite closed in one plane.
