Invisalign in Lima | Clear Aligners – Gold Provider | Smiles Peru
Smiles Peru in Miraflores is certified Invisalign Gold, with 15 years of experience.
Want to straighten your teeth without anyone noticing you are in treatment?
Invisalign is the world’s most advanced clear aligner system. At Smiles Peru we are a Gold Provider of Invisalign, which means we have extensive clinical experience and a high volume of successful cases.
Invisalign is a system of “invisible orthodontics” that uses clear, removable aligners that sit comfortably in the mouth. It is an excellent alternative to conventional braces and a major innovation in dental health. With more than 20 years of research, over 900 patents, the world’s largest 3D printing operation for aligners, and clinical data from more than 20 million smiles, you can trust Invisalign clear aligners.
At Smiles Peru we use the iTero intraoral scanner to plan every Invisalign case with maximum precision. This technology captures a highly accurate 3D digital image of your mouth and allows us to show you the final result of your smile before treatment even begins.
Every year we help both local and international patients achieve the smile they want in a discreet, comfortable, and predictable way. All treatment is personally supervised by Dr. Sylvia Pflucker, our Clinical Director and certified Invisalign provider.

5 tips to use Invisalign
How the Treatment Process Works
Initial evaluation – Digital 3D scan of your mouth with the iTero scanner, photos, and radiographs when needed.
ClinCheck simulation – We show you in 3D how your smile will look at the end of treatment.
Custom aligner fabrication – A series of clear aligners is manufactured specifically for your case.
Regular progress checks – You change aligners every 1–2 weeks and come in for review every 4–6 weeks.
Retention phase – Once tooth movement is complete, you wear retainers to keep the results stable.
During the first visit we capture the digital records that Invisalign uses to create your personalized sequence of aligners (typically 12 to 48 sets depending on the plan). You wear each set day and night for about two weeks, removing them only to eat, drink, brush, and floss.
Who Is a Good Candidate for Invisalign?
Invisalign works very well for most cases of:
- Crowded or spaced teeth
- Mild to moderate overbite, underbite, or crossbite
- Adults and teenagers who prefer a discreet solution
During your evaluation we will tell you whether Invisalign is the best option for your specific situation or whether another approach (or a combination) would serve you better.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does Invisalign treatment last?
Most treatments last between 7 and 18 months depending on the complexity of the case. In many situations treatment time is up to 30% shorter than with traditional braces.
Does Invisalign hurt?
It does not hurt the way traditional braces can. When you switch to a new set of aligners you may feel mild pressure for the first 2–3 days. This is normal and very tolerable for the large majority of patients.
How many hours a day must I wear the aligners?
Between 20 and 22 hours per day. Remove them only to eat, drink anything other than water, brush your teeth, and floss.
Can I eat and drink normally with Invisalign?
Yes. You remove the aligners for meals and for any beverage that is not water. Smoking while wearing the aligners is not recommended because it can stain them.
How much does Invisalign cost in Peru?
In the United States Invisalign treatment often costs $10,000 or more. At Smiles Peru we offer significant savings while using the same Invisalign technology and clinical protocols. Contact us for a personalized quote based on your case.
Is Invisalign more expensive than traditional braces?
In many cases the cost is similar or only slightly higher, yet it delivers clear advantages in aesthetics and comfort. We are happy to provide a comparative quote for your specific situation.
